钢筒仓关键部位塞焊的无损检测鉴定技术

【摘要】 塞焊焊接广泛应用于建筑、船舶和海洋平台等钢结构领域中。焊接质量是影响钢结构整体性能的重要因素之一。本文以某钢结构筒仓在装卸内容物过程中发生的卸料漏斗脱落事故为背景,介绍了从事故初期现场勘测及事故原因预判到结构破坏关键部位取样检测研究等内容。其中结构关键部位实验室检测主要包括锚板塞焊焊接处焊缝质量的超声波检测、锚板塞焊处预埋钢筋剪切拔出承载力试验和锚板钢材力学性能试验三个部分。通过对实验数据和焊缝承载力复算结果的分析,得到了诱发事故的主要原因即钢筒仓卸料漏斗与筒壁连接部位塞焊承载能力不足,同时通过对超声波回波图波峰衰减统计分析,寻求现场无损检测中判断塞焊焊缝存在裂缝的定量化参考指标,以期为钢结构塞焊焊接检测和损伤判定提供多重判据。
【Abstract】 Plug welding is widely used in steel structures such as construction, ships and offshore platforms. Welding quality is one of the important factors affecting the overall performance of steel structures. This paper takes the accident of unloading hopper dropping accident happened during loading and unloading of contents in a steel structure silo. It introduces the contents from the site investigation at the early stage of the accident and the pre-judgment of the cause of the accident to the key parts of the structural failure. The key parts of the structure of the laboratory testing mainly include the ultrasonic testing of the weld quality of the anchor plug weld, the embedded steel bearing shear pull bearing capacity test and the anchor plate steel mechanical performance test three parts. Based on the analysis of the experimental data and the calculation results of the bearing capacity of the weld, the main cause of the induced accident was the lack of capacity of the plug welding between the steel silo discharge hopper and the wall of the cylinder. At the same time, the peak attenuation of the ultrasonic echo diagram was obtained. Analyze and seek the quantitative reference index to determine the presence of cracks in plug welds in the field of non-destructive testing, in order to provide multiple criteria for the detection and damage determination of plug welded steel structures.
