【摘要】 为贯彻新发展理念,建设现代化经济体系,需要具有较强适应性、开发能力和竞争能力的应用复合型创新研究人才,此类人才应具有扎实深厚的理论基础,合理安排的知识结构和较强的实践动手能力。因此,如何培养出既能快速的动手、又懂专业1的技术;既能有效的管理、又重实际效益的高质量应用复合型创新研究人才,加快发展建设创新型国家,已然成为我国高等教育遇到的重要研究课题。通过对高校工程训练中心实践教学的进一步分析,对工程专业学位学生培养模式进行了探讨,提出以培养方案为核心进一步加强工程教学与创新实践的结合;以科研项目、技能竞赛为补充,提高学生的实践动手能力;以创新作品竞赛为引导,培养学生创新思想及能力的人才培养模式。更多还原
