基于哈密顿函数的STATCOM控制器设计

【摘要】 针对带有静止同步补偿器(static synchronous compensator,STATCOM)的单机无穷大系统,提出了一种哈密顿函数鲁棒控制器设计方法。该方法不仅保留了系统的非线性特性,而且该控制器可以适用于较宽的时间范围,在稳态、暂态和事故后都能发挥作用。可以完成对交流输电系统参数以至网络结构的灵活控制,能够达到输电功率的合理分配的目标,大幅度降低功率损耗和发电成本以及提高系统稳定性和可靠性。仿真结果表明,系统发生故障后,能迅速恢复到平衡状态。
【Abstract】 A robust controller based on the Hamiltonian function is proposed for a single-machine infinite-bus system with STATCOM. This method not only preserves the nonlinear characteristics of the system, but also adapts to a wide range of time including steady state, transient state and post-accident. It allocates reasonably the transmission power and greatly reduces the power loss and the power generation cost by controlling flexibly the parameters and the network structure of AC transmission system. Meanwhile, the stability and reliability of the system be reinforced. The simulation results show that the system restores to equilibrium state quickly after system failure happens.
