一种骨架式半挂车车架的有限元分析

【摘要】 应用SolidWorks软件对某鹅颈骨架式半挂车车架进行建模并导入ANSYS 15.0中进行网格划分,对4种不同的工况进行静态弯曲分析:此外还分析了车架在紧急制动下不同工况的应力与位移情况,找出最大应力与最大位移的所在部位,同时校核出此半挂车车架满足材料的强度与刚度要求。最后对车架进行了模态分析,掌握了车架的固有频率及振型,找到了车架容易发生疲劳破坏的区域,反映出车架的设计是合理的,且为后续对车架进行的优化设计与改进奠定了基础。

【Abstract】 SolidWorks software was applied to model the frame of a gooseneck skeleton semi trailer and imported ANSYS 15.0 to be meshed and conducted static bending analysis under four working conditions in this paper;otherwise the stress and displacement of the frame under emergency braking were analyzed under different conditions,found the location of maximum stress and maximum displacement,at the same time checked the strength and rigidity of the semi trailer frame to meet the strength and rigidity of the material.Finally the modal analysis of the frame was carried out,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the frame were mastered,areas prone to fatigue damage of the frame were found,it reflected the design of the frame was reasonable,and lay the foundation for the further optimization design and improvement of the frame.
