【摘要】 通过在丙烯酸单体(AC)中引入甲基丙烯酸(MAA)单体,采用种子乳液聚合法制得了一系列丙烯酸酯改性的蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯无皂乳液(PUA)。通过FTIR、激光粒度仪、力学性能测试、耐水性试验和动态力学性能分析(DMA)详细研究了所合成PUA乳液性能和PUA胶膜的力学性能、耐水性和动态力学性能。结果显示,当MAA含量为1.5%时,其平均粒径最小,粒径分布显示双峰分布,粒径分布指数最高,乳液的稳定性最好,拉伸强度最高,胶膜的吸水率适中,玻璃化转变温度(T_g)最低。适用于汽车的底涂和表涂。

【Abstract】 In this paper,a series acrylate with MAA monomer modified waterborne polyurethane soap-free emulsion(PUA) based on castor oil were synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization.The effect of MAA monomer content on the properties of PUA emulsion was studied by FTIR analysis,laser particle size analyzer and rotary viscosity meter.The physical and mechanical properties,water resistance and dynamic mechanical properties of PUA films with different MAA content were studied by electronic tensile testing machine,water resistance test and dynamic mechanical analyzer.The results showed that,when the MAA content was 1.5%,PUA emulsion had the smallest average particle size and shown bimodal distribution,the particle size distribution index was the highest,the stability of the emulsion was best.The PUA film had the highest tensile strength,moderate water swelling and the smallest the glass transition temperature(Tg).It was suitable for primer and surface coating of automotive coatings.
