某矿采区防治煤与瓦斯突出设计研究
Study on prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in a mining area

【摘要】 在研究分析平煤八矿地质构造、煤层赋存情况的基础上,结合煤层瓦斯压力、煤层瓦斯含量、煤的坚固性系数等参数预测了煤与瓦斯突出危险性。制定了开采保护层、预抽煤层瓦斯的区域防突措施和超前排放、注水卸压的局部防突措施,同时建立健全了矿井的煤与瓦斯突出防治机制,制定了突出事故应急救援预案,以确保矿井安全生产。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the geological structure and the occurrence of coal seam in Pingdingshan No. 8 mine, the coal and gas outburst risks were predicted by combining the coal seam gas pressure, coal seam gas content and coal’s sturdiness solidity coefficient.The regional outburst prevention measures for mining protective layer, coal seam methane and the local outburst prevention measures of advance discharge and water injection pressure relief were developed. At the same time, the prevention and control mechanism of coal and gas outburst in coal mine has been established and improved, and a contingency rescue plan for outstanding accidents has been worked out to ensure safe production in mines.
