【摘要】 通过构建Malmquist碳排放绩效指数测度了我国各地区1999—2015年工业碳排放绩效水平,并运用动态面板数据模型对我国工业CO₂排放绩效变动的影响因素进行了实证研究。结果表明,我国各地区工业CO₂排放绩效很不平衡,并且整体水平较低;在影响工业碳排放绩效的因素中,经济发展水平、对外开放、工业产权结构、技术创新和环境规制会促进工业碳排放绩效的提升,而能源结构和企业规模将会对地区工业碳排放绩效增长产生抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper measured the performance level of industrial carbon emission in various regions in China from 1999 to 2015 by constructing the Malmquist carbon emission performance index,and used dynamic panel data model to empirically analyze the factors affecting the changes in China’s industrial carbon emission performance. The research results showed that the overall level of China ’s industrial carbon emission performance was low,and the development of each region was unbalanced. Among the factors affecting the performance of industrial carbon emissions,the level of economic development,opening to the outside world,the structure of industrial property rights,technological innovation and environmental regulation would promote the improvement of industrial carbon emission performance,and the energy structure and scale of enterprises would hinder the efficiency of industrial carbon emission in all regions.更多还原
