原位投菌修复缓流水体的试验研究

【摘要】 通过在缓流水体中原位投菌的方法,考察了一种新型的乳酸菌酵素对缓流水体的净化作用。结果表明,通过投加乳酸菌酵素可快速的降低COD、NH4+-N等污染物浓度,其中COD浓度降低50%左右,NH4+-N浓度降低70%左右,TP浓度降低40%左右,水质可在短时间内有效改善。但对于沉积型循环物质磷元素来说,单纯依靠投加乳酸菌酵素,去除效果并不理想,建议可辅以水生植物进行治理。
【Abstract】 The purification effect of a new type of lactobacillus enzyme on the slow-flow water was investigated by means of the method of the protostallation in the slow-flowing water. The results showed that adding the enzymes produced by lactic acid bacteria can quickly reduce the concentration of COD,NH4+-N and other pollutants,the COD concentration decreased by about 50%,the concentration of NH4+-N decreased by 70%,and the TP concentration decreased by 40%,and the water quality could be improved effectively in a short time. However,for the sedimentary type of circulating material phosphorus,it was not ideal to rely solely on lactobacillus,which could be assisted by aquatic plants.
