燃气炮预混过程数值模拟分析

【摘要】 利用Fluent软件,对燃气炮混合气体由混合管入口到爆轰罐腔体的预混过程进行了数值模拟,通过设置进口处不同的液化石油气初始浓度、不同充气速度、不同罐内初始温度研究罐内液化石油气的质量分数分布情况。结果表明:进口处不同浓度的液化石油气并不能实质性影响爆轰罐内液化石油气的浓度分布情况,仅仅能够影响罐内浓度的上限值;进气口速度越高,爆轰罐内的液化石油气浓度分布越均匀;罐内初始温度越高,则罐内液化石油气浓度分布也更加均匀,同时罐内浓度上限值和初始温度为常温时相比也更大。

【Abstract】 The Fluent software was used to simulate the premixing process of the gas mixture from the inlet of the mixing tube to the detonation tank cavity. By setting different initial liquefied petroleum gas concentrations at the inlet,different filling velocities and initial temperature in different tanks,tank liquefied petroleum gas quality scores distribution was studied. The results showed that the different concentrations of liquefied petroleum gas at the inlet couldn ’t substantially affect the concentration distribution of liquefied petroleum gas in the detonation tank and could only affect the upper limit of the concentration in the tank. The higher the inlet velocity, the more uniform the distribution of liquefied petroleum gas concentration. The higher the initial temperature in the tank,the more uniform the concentration of liquefied petroleum gas in the tank. At the same time,the upper limit of concentration in the tank was larger than the initial temperature at normal temperature.
