不同结构电袋除尘器除尘性能实验研究

【摘要】 研究了预荷电式和前电后袋式两种结构电袋除尘器的除尘性能,其中预荷电式包括有、无凝并区两种情况,通过ELPI+对颗粒物的电荷量和分级捕集效率进行测定并分析。结果显示:颗粒物的分级捕集效率和平均电荷量随电场强度的增大而增大;有、无凝并区的预荷电式结构下,布袋前测点处两者没有明显差别,但相比于前电后袋式结构下两者明显减少,而除尘器出口处三种情况相差不多,说明滤袋表面粉尘层带有一定电荷量并对颗粒物的捕集起到重要作用。同时对两种形式的除尘器性能和经济性进行对比,希望本实验研究能为燃煤电厂电除尘器向电袋除尘器的改造提供参考。
【Abstract】 The dust removal performance of the electrostatic-bag-precipitators( EBP) had been investigated experimentally in two structure types: pre-charged type which included two cases whether sitting condensing zone or not and front electric back bag type. The charge amount and fractional capture efficiency of the particulate matter were measured by ELPI +( electrical low pressure impactor) and analyzed. The results showed that the fractional capture efficiency and the average charge amount of the particulate matter increased with the increase of the electric field intensity; there was no significant difference in the charge amount and fractional capture efficiency of the particulate matter at the test point before bag filter in the cases of sitting condensing zone or not,but was significantly lower than those in the case of front electric back bag type; the charge amount and fractional capture efficiency at the exit of precipitator in three cases were almost the same,indicating that the dust layer on the surface of the filter bag carried certain charge amount and played an important role in the collection of particulate matter.At the same time,the performance and economy of two precipitators were compared,hoped that the experimental research could provide a reference for the reconstruction from electrostatic-precipitators( ESP) to EBP in coal-fired power plant.
