活性炭纤维吸附-铁碳内电解联合处理DMAC废水

【摘要】 N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)是化纤废水中的主要污染物之一,具有毒性、难降解,对环境的危害大。采用活性碳纤维吸附-铁碳内电解联合处理DMAC废水。结果表明:活性碳纤维吸附的较佳条件为投加量为10 g/L,处理时间90 min,COD的去除率可达25%;铁碳电解反应的较佳条件为反应时间75 min,铁碳质量比1∶1,p H值3.0~4.0,COD去除率达35%左右;经活性碳纤维吸附和铁碳内电解联合处理DMAC废水,COD总去除率可达50%左右。

【Abstract】 Dimethylacetamide(DMAC) is one of the main pollutants of chemical fiber wastewater which is refractory poisonous organics and has a great impact on the environment.A new process for DMAC wastewater treatment,activated carbon fiber adsorption combined with Fe/C internal electrolysis,was developed.The results showed that the optimum adsorption condition for activated carbon fiber was dosage of 10 g/L and treatment time of 90 min,then the removal rate of COD was 25%;for Fe/C internal electrolysis,the optimum condition was treatment time of 75 min,quality ratio of iron to carbon of 1 and p H of 3.0 ~ 4.0,the removal rate of COD was about 35%.The total removal rate of COD was 50% or so,by process of activated carbon fiber adsorption combined with Fe/C internal electrolysis.
