破碎机高效给矿技术研究与应用

【摘要】 针对破碎机给矿装置频繁磨损的问题,分析了给矿效率低原因,设计并研制新的破碎机给矿装置。给矿筒尺寸、热处理工艺,改进材质等技术是破碎机高效给矿的关键。新型给矿装置是获得良好经济效益的保证,可以在类似矿山推广应用。
【Abstract】 In view of the frequently wearing problem of feeding equipment of crusher,the reason of causing low efficient feeding was analyzed,the new feeding equipment was desibned and used,the size of the feeding drum,the heat treatment technique and the improvement of materials were the key factors for high efficient feeding,this new feeding equipment ensured good economic benefit,and it can be spread in similar mines.
