食物黄金:超微活性骨营养颗粒构效初步研究

【摘要】 基于广东骨全能生物食品科技有限公司创新发明的两大技术:活性超微技术和除重金属技术,将牛腿骨及膝关节制成超微骨营养颗粒,并对其质构和功能性进行初步研究,结果表明:超微骨颗粒完整保留了骨骼、关节的全部营养成分以及骨骼的层状结构,又去除了重金属污染,细度峰值为1000纳米,在胃液中结构完整,在小肠中为氨基酸或小分子肽鳌合的矿物质、乙酰氨糖等,这些可溶性的骨营养物质能够被人体直接吸收,解决了困扰人类多年的矿物质吸收难的问题。这些全面、均衡、活性的骨营养成分能够满足人体骨骼生长需要,动物实验及临床试验证明,超微骨营养颗粒有效促进小白鼠的生长发育以及增加骨量;有效促进婴幼儿生长发育与改善婴幼儿骨营养不良现象,以及纠正维生素D依赖性佝偻病儿童低钙血症;对于50-80岁人群,能够增加人体骨量,实现骨流失的逆转;对退行性骨关节炎患者,能够明显改善疼痛症状以及恢复活动能力;对高血压、高血糖、多囊卵巢综合症患者也有多例完全康复实例。超微骨营养颗粒的制备既解决了畜禽骨营养利用难的问题,又保证了产品食用安全,初步研究成果将为解决了困扰人类多年的骨营养物质吸收、利用、安全难的问题,创立了新途径,骨营养的创新必然带来骨骼健康的革命,具有重大的理论意义和社会效益。
【Abstract】 GuangDong Gu Quan Neng Biotechnology Food CO., Ltd’s have the invention of the two techniques: the active ultra-micro technology and the heavy metal removal technology. Using these technologies made bovine leg bones and joints as superfine powder of osteotrophy, carrying a research into the development and application of its texture and function. The study show that it retains the integrity of the bones and joints of all nutrients and the layered structure of the skeleton, and in addition to the original heavy metal pollution. Experiments show that the preparation of ultrafine particles of osteotrophy, fineness up to 1000 nm. The ultrafine particles remained structural integrity in the gastric juice, and in the small intestine completely decomposed into amino acid, peptide, amino acid or peptide chelated minerals, acetaminophen, etc.. These soluble osteotrophy can be directly absorbed by the human body and solve the problem of difficult absorption of minerals that have plagued human beings for many years. These comprehensive, balanced and active osteotrophy can meet the need of osteogenesis, and solve the problem of bone nutrition utilization. Excluding heavy metals from contaminated natural food, the safety problem has been solved. Further experiments show that ultra-micro bone particles nutrition effectively promote the growth and development of mice and increase the bone mass. And it effectively promote the growth and development of infants and young children, and improve the osteodystrophy in infants and young children, as well as correct the hypocalcemia in children with vitamin D-dependent rickets. We know that the people who are 50-80 years old will inevitably decline in bone mass, but the ultrafine particles of osteotrophy can reverse the human bone mass. For patients with degenerative osteoarthritis, it can significantly improve the symptoms of pain and recovery activity. There are multiple patients of hypertension, hyperglycemia and polycystic ovary syndrome have completely recovered. Whether Gu quan neng active superfine powder of osteotrophy solved primarily the problem of bone nutrients absorption, utilization and security which have plagued mankind for years. It is necessary to study further, but the initial results are encouraging! The revolution of bone nutrition will inevitably bring about a revolution in bone health, and human health must be full of hopes.
