受撞钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力研究

【摘要】 针对钢筋混凝土桥梁上部结构遭受超高车辆撞击,梁的抗弯承载力问题开展理论分析与试验研究,从现场拆运二片梁(一片受撞损伤最严重,一片基本无损)进行试验,先分别对受损伤梁和无损梁进行有限元非线性计算,得到梁的极限承载力。按照正截面受弯破坏的情况设计试验方案,由理论计算的极限承载力确定加载量值,分级加载获得受撞钢筋混凝土梁的受力过程和破坏形式。试验指出,受撞梁的正截面破坏起于破损位置,正截面承载力小于无损梁的,短期抗弯承载力计算可以只考虑构件受损程度,引入最大损伤面的受损系数,采用现行《公桥规》提供的公式计算承载力,研究结果为受撞钢筋混凝土梁的正截面承载力计算提供依据。

【Abstract】 This paper carries out theoretical analysis and experimental research focus on flexural bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams in face of accidents of collisions between over-high trucks and bridge superstructures.Two beams which one has seriously damaged and the other one has no damaged form accident scene are tested.Firstly,the bearing capacity of these reinforced concrete beams are obtained by finite element software.Then,the experimental schemes are designed according to the destroy patterns of the normal section flexural capacity.Finally,the bearing capacity of loading value is calculated by theoretical calculation,the whole damage processes and the failure modes for the impacted reinforced concrete beams are obtained by using the multi-stage loading method.The experiential results show that the normal section damage of the impacted beam begins from the damage location;compared with the beams which is undamaged,the impacted beam has a lower normal section bearing capacity;The temporary flexural bearing capacity can be calculated after considering the extentest of damage and the damage coefficient based on the formulas which are provided by Code for Design of Reinforced Concrete and Prestressed Highway Bridges and Culverts(JTG D62-2004),the research in this paper can provide a reference for the normal section bearing capacity calculation of the impacted beams.
