基于空中整体吊装的悬臂式斗轮堆取料机施工方法研究

【摘要】 斗轮堆取料机是燃煤电厂煤场堆取的主要设备机械,悬臂式斗轮堆取料机因其占地空间小、行走速度快的特点得到了广泛的应用。针对悬臂式斗轮堆取料机的结构特点,研究了其施工安装技术,提出了采用地面散件组合结合空中整体吊装的施工工艺,在某新建供热电厂燃煤发电机组工程中得到了应用,研究表明,基于空中整体吊装的悬臂式斗轮堆取料机的施工技术,大大减少了高空施工作业工序,简化了施工操作工序,降低了施工作业难度,施工安全性得到显著提高,同时,因为空中作业的减少,节省了大量的机械投入,降低了施工成本,具有显著的技术先进性,取得显著的社会效益和经济效益。
【Abstract】 Absrtact: Bucket Wheel Stacker and Reclaimer is the main equipment of coal-fired power plant,and the cantilever bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer is widely used because of its small footprint and fast walking speed.According to the structural characteristics of cantilever bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer,the technology of construction and installation is studied,and the construction technology of using ground-part combination combined with aerial integral hoisting is put forward,which is applied in a new coal-fired power generating unit project,and the research shows that the construction technology of cantilever bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer based on aerial integral hoisting greatly reducing the height of construction operations,simplifying the construction operation process,reducing the difficulty of construction work,construction safety has been significantly improved,at the same time,because of the reduction of air operations,saving a lot of mechanical input,reducing the construction costs,has a significant technological advance,and achieved significant social and economic benefits.
