电石渣固化土研究进展评述

【摘要】 在总结国内外研究成果基础上,对电石渣的基本性能、电石渣固化土的工程特性、固化机理和工程应用进行了全面阐述。研究成果表明:电石渣不仅富含氢氧化钙,还含有部分火山灰活性材料,其比表面积大,颗粒细微,休止角、内摩擦角、附着力等力学性能受含水量影响显著;从电石渣固化土的界限含水率变化规律可知电石渣存在一个掺量特征点,约为7%;随着电石渣掺量的增大,电石渣固化土的最大干密度逐渐降低、最佳含水率逐渐增加;电石渣固化土的吸水和未吸水抗压强度均在掺量特征点处于最大值;电石渣固化土的竖直膨胀率、线收缩率均随电石渣掺量的增加而降低;电石渣的加入对土体加州承载比和干湿循环耐久性提升十分显著;电石渣对土体的固化土机理主要基于Ca2+与黏土中金属离子的交换作用、黏土矿物在碱性激发下产生火山灰反应;电石渣固化不良土体作为路基填料的工程应用案例证实了其科学性和可行性。

【Abstract】 On the basis of summarizing research results at home and abroad,the basic properties of CCR,the engineering characteristics,stabilized mechanism and engineering application of stabilized soil with CCR have been elaborated in this paper. The research results were listed as follows. The chemical composition indicates that CCR is rich of Ca( OH) 2 and contained a certain amount of pozzolanic materials. Meanwhile CCR had large specific surface area and fine grain. Beyond that the mechanics performance of CCR like angle of repose,angle of internal friction and adhesion were significantly influenced by water content. According to the index test,the CCR exits a fixation point,which was about 7%. With the CCR content increasing,the optimum water content of stabilized soil with CCR tends to increase and maximum dry density reduces. the California bearing ratio of soil and soaked and unsoaked compressive strength of solidified soil reach their maximum with increasing of the CCR. Vertical expansion rate and shrinkage rate of solidified soil were decreased with increasing of the CCR. The addition of CCR played an important role on promotion of the California bearing ratio of soil and the durability of dry-wet circulation. The working mechanism of stabilizing soil with CCR is mainly based on exchange action of Ca2 + and the metal ion in clay and pozzolanic reaction of clay minerals in environment of alkaline excitation. The scientificity and feasibility of stabilized soil have been proved through successful engineering application cases,which uses stabilized adverse soil with CCR as subgrade filling. In addition,it pointed out that the micro characteristics of solidification process of CCR,the durability of freeze-thaw cycle,solidified soil properties with CCR and other pozzolanic materials and expansion of application scope will be the focus of the future development direction.
