压弯构件平面内整体稳定性教学实验装置
TEACHING EXPERIMENTAL DEVICE FOR IN-PLANE OVERALL STABILITY OF BEAM-COLUMNS

【摘要】 稳定性是钢结构教学的重点和难点,其中压弯构件的平面内整体稳定性更是重中之重。配合土木工程专业钢结构课程的教学,同济大学在国内率先构建了钢结构多功能本科教学实验平台,将理论教学与实验教学有机的结合起来。目前该实验教学平台中的实验项目包含轴压构件实验、受弯构件实验和连接承载力实验,但还没有压弯构件实验项目,这是实验该平台的一个明显不足,导致理论教学和实验教学未能完全配套。为了让学生更深入地理解压弯构件平面内整体稳定性的理论,本文设计了一套包含加载装置、平面外侧向支撑以及端部支座在内的压弯构件平面内整体稳定性实验装置。运用该实验装置,完成了2根压弯构件实验,将实验结果与数值分析结果进行对比,证明实验装置的可行性。本文成果完善了现有教学实验设备和系统,促进实验课程体系建设,使同济大学土木工程本科教学实验平台在国内土木工程教学改革前沿继续起到引领作用。
【Abstract】 Stability is a focus and difficulty in steel structure teaching, of which the in-plane overall stability of beam-columns is one of the most significant component. In accordance with the steel structure course, Tongji University took the lead in building a multi-functional teaching experiment platform for steel structures in China, which combines the theoretical teaching with the experimental teaching perfectly. At present, the platform can conduct the experiment of ultimate load of axial compression members, flexural members and connections, except the experiment of in-plane overall stability of beam-columns, which means that the experimental teaching cannot support the theoretical teaching in the round. In order to make the students better understand the theory of in-plane overall stability of beam-columns, a special experiment device was designed including loading device, lateral supports and end supports. Subsequently, two beam-column specimens were tested on this device. The finite element analysis was verified by the test results, proving the feasibility of the designed experiment device. As a result, the achievement in this paper can refine the existing teaching experiment equipment and promote the development of experimental course system. The teaching experiment platform of Tongji University will continue to play a leading role in the forefront of civil engineering teaching reform in China.
