减振垫浮置板用于钢桁梁斜拉桥的噪声控制研究

【摘要】 随着城市轨道交通的不断发展,钢桁梁桥在城市轨道高架桥中所占有的比例越来越大,由此而产生的振动与噪声问题也是日益显著。本文针对城市轨道交通大跨钢桁梁斜拉桥进行振动及噪声研究,首先针对减振垫轨道结构,建立了车辆-轨道-桥梁耦合系统频域内的分析模型,然后通过有限元法(FEM)及统计能量法(SEA)分别建立了大跨钢桁梁斜拉桥振动和噪声预测分析模型,基于某城市轨道交通钢桁梁斜拉桥的现场测试对振动噪声仿真模型进行了验证,紧接着针对减振垫浮置板用于钢桁梁斜拉桥的减振降噪机理进行分析,并且与无任何减振降噪措施的埋入式轨枕进行对比,分析了减振垫浮置板的减振降噪效果。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of urban rail transit, the proportion of steel-trussed girder bridges in urban viaducts is increasing, as well as the vibration and noise problems are increasingly significant. In this paper, the vibration and noise of large-span steel truss girder cable-stayed bridges in urban rail transit are studied. Firstly, an analysis model in the frequency domain of the vehicle-track-bridge coupling system is established for the damping floating slab track structure, and then the finite element method(FEM) is used to establish the vibration prediction model, and the statistical energy method(SEA) is used to establish the noise prediction model for long-span steel truss girder cable-stayed bridges respectively. Based on the field testing of steel truss girder cable-stayed bridges in an urban rail transit, the vibration and noise simulation model were verified; followed, the mechanism of vibration reduction and noise reduction for steel truss girder cable-stayed bridges with damping floating slab track structure was analyzed. The comparison was made with the embedded sleeper, which is without any measures for vibration reduction and noise reduction. The damping plate was analyzed. The vibration and noise reduction effects of steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with damping floating slab track structure were discussed.
