装配式多腔异形柱钢框架结构样板房的设计与分析

【摘要】 装配式钢结构建筑的多腔异形柱结构体系近年来快速发展,其最大优点是充分发挥钢与混凝土两种材料的双重优点,且柱、梁、墙等厚,室内无任何突出,便于装饰,增加了使用面积。但多腔异形柱的形式较多,设计人员不能很的将其应用到不同形式、不同层数的住宅中。本文详细了解了现有的多腔异形柱结构体系,归纳总结其优缺点及适用范围。同时提出了一种新型加强型梁柱节点的多腔异形柱结构体系,设计了一二层样板房,利用软件Midas Gen、ABAQUS完成了结构方案设计、计算分析和数值模拟,验证了该结构体系在低、多层住宅中应用的可行性,并参加了深圳市第十九届国际高新技术成果交易会绿色建筑展。
【Abstract】 The multi-cavity special-shaped column structure system of the prefabricated steel structure building has developed rapidly in recent years. Its greatest advantage is to give full play to the dual advantages of steel and concrete materials, columns, beams, walls and other thick,without any prominent indoor, easy to decorate, increase Used area. However, there are many forms of multi-cavity special-shaped columns, and designers cannot use it in houses of different forms and different layers. This article details the existing multi-cavity special-shaped column structure system, summarizes its advantages and disadvantages and scope of application. At the same time, a new multi-cavity special-shaped column structure system with reinforced beam-column nodes was proposed. One-two-storey model room was designed. The software design, computational analysis and numerical simulation were completed by using Midas Gen and ABAQUS to verify the structural system. The feasibility of application in low-rise, multi-storey residential buildings. And participated in the 19 th International High-tech Fair in Shenzhen City Green Building Exhibition.
