轴心受压角铝构件整体稳定性能分析

【摘要】 铝合金结构在建筑行业使用广泛,国内外对轴心受压角铝构件整体稳定性能研究很少,我国现行的《铝合金结构设计规范》GB 50429-2007缺少针对不等边角铝构件整体稳定的设计方法。对比旧版《钢结构设计规范》GB50017-2003和新版《钢结构设计规范》GB50017-2017对轴心受压角钢构件整体稳定设计方法的规定,对42根3种截面的角铝试件进行整体稳定算例分析,将算例有限元计算结果、现行《铝合金结构设计规范》GB 50429-2007计算结果进行对比。现行的《铝合金结构设计规范》GB 50429-2007对于不等边角铝构件整体稳定设计计算方法需要进行修正。

【Abstract】 The aluminum alloy structure is widely used in the construction industry. There is little research on the overall stability performance of the angle aluminum components at the axial compression in China and abroad. The current Chinese "Aluminum Alloy Structural Design Specification" GB 50429-2007 lacks the design method for overall stability for unequal-angle aluminum components. Comparing the provisions of the old "Steel Structure Design Code" GB50017-2003 and the new "Steel Structure Design Code" GB50017-2017 on the overall stability design method for axial compression angle steel members, the overall stability of 42 angle aluminum specimens was analyzed, and the calculation results of the finite element analysis and the current "Aluminum Alloy Structural Design Code" GB 50429-2007 were compared. The current "Specifications for Structural Design of Aluminum Alloys" GB 50429-2007 needs to be revised for the calculation method for the overall stability of unequal-angle aluminum components.
