照射模式对牙科光固化树脂材料聚合收缩的影响

【摘要】 目的:粘接片方法测定不同光照强度的软启动照射模式下同一种复合树脂的聚合收缩率。方法:粘接片方法测定一定体积的复合树脂,在不同光照强度的软启动照射模式下,体积聚合收缩量的动态变化。结果:不同照射模式,高普40s与高普20s之间照射模式体积收缩率无统计学显著性差异;中普、中渐和中脉冲照射模式间体积收缩率无统计学显著性差异,软启动照射模式和其他照射模式之间聚合体积收缩率有统计学显著性差异(P<0.05,单因素方差分析和q检验),线性收缩增加速率在0.00156μm/s-0.0025μm/s之间。结论:照射模式的前段低光强照射的确可以显著降低树脂的聚合速度,推迟凝胶点的形成,复合树脂的聚合收缩与其交联程度密切相关,低光强照射在收缩率变化曲线上有较长的收缩延迟阶段。

【Abstract】 Objective:Bonded-disk method to detect different light intensity of soft start radiation mode of the same kind of composite resin polymerization shrinkage.Methods:Bonded-disk method to detect a certain volume of composite resin,under different light intensity of soft start modes,the dynamic changes of the bulk polymerization shrinkage.Results:Different modes,no statistically significant difference between the gaups’ 40 s with the gaups’ 20 s modes volumetric shrinkage;No statistically significant difference between Gradually,and pulse irradiation volume shrinkage model,soft start radiation patterns and other modes between aggregate volume shrinkage rate was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05,the single factor analysis of variance and the q test),linear shrinkage increase rate(0.00156μm/s ~ 0.0025μm/s).Conclusion:Modes of low light intensity irradiation can indeed significantly slows the polymerization of resin,delayed the formation of the gel point,the polymerization shrinkage of composite resin and its closely related to the crosslinking degree,low intensity of light irradiation on the shrinkage curves have longer contraction phase delay.
