电化学(反应)活性能量及其应用的初步研究
Studies on active energy of electrochemical reaction and its application

【摘要】 本报告提出了电化学反应活性能量的概念,并对其在材料腐蚀与防护中的应用进行了初步研究。发现电化学活性能量:(1)可以区分缓蚀剂的物理和化学吸附行为;(2)与材料的点蚀程度具有较好的对应关系;(3)与镀层的晶粒大小等具有较好的对应关系。
【Abstract】 In this presentation, the concept of the active energy for electrochemical reaction was defined, and that its application in the field of corrosion and prevention of materials had been studied. It was found that the physical and chemical absorption behaviors of inhibitors were clarified based on the active energy for electrochemical reaction for the inhibitors. There was a better corresponding relationship of the active energy for electrochemical reaction with pitting degree. At the same time, the active energy for electrochemical reaction had a better relation with the grain sizes of electroplating or chemical coatings.
