【Abstract】 In this presentation, the concept of the active energy for electrochemical reaction was defined, and that its application in the field of corrosion and prevention of materials had been studied. It was found that the physical and chemical absorption behaviors of inhibitors were clarified based on the active energy for electrochemical reaction for the inhibitors. There was a better corresponding relationship of the active energy for electrochemical reaction with pitting degree. At the same time, the active energy for electrochemical reaction had a better relation with the grain sizes of electroplating or chemical coatings.更多还原
