以石膏基水硬性复合胶凝材料配制界面砂浆的研究

【摘要】 本文通过试验研究了石膏基水硬性复合胶凝材料所配制的界面砂浆的压剪粘结强度及浸水压剪粘结强度损失规律,同时探讨了复合胶凝材料的强度发展规律,并采用XRD分析了其硬化浆体物相组成。结果表明,石膏基复合胶凝材料具备优良的水化硬化特征,其28d抗压强度可达25MPa,适用于配制界面砂浆;而所配制的界面砂浆,不论压剪粘结原强度,还是浸水强度,都达到标准要求;乳胶粉的掺加,不但提高了界面砂浆的粘结强度,还改善了石膏基复合胶凝材料的耐水性。同时,石膏基复合胶凝材料中采用了大量工业废弃物,由其配制的界面砂浆的环境效益和社会效益极佳,市场潜力广阔。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the shear bond strength of interface mortar and the shear bond strength of flooding pressure loss rule were studied,and the change law of the strength of the composite cementitious material also was discusses,the hardened cement paste phase composition was analyzed by XRD pattern.The results indicated that gypsum based composite material pastes were hydrated well,and the 28 d compressive strength was more than 25 MPa,applied to preparing mortar.Regardless of pressure shear bond strength,or intensity of flooding of interface mortar,all meet the standard requirements.The addition of latex powder,not only improve the interface bonding strength of mortar,also improve the water resistance of the gypsum based composite cement materials.At the same time,in the preparation of gypsum based composite material uses a large amount of industrial wastes;by its configuration interface mortar has good environmental benefits and social benefits,the vast market potential.
