丁苯乳液改性硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆的物理力学性能
Physical and Mechanical Properties of SBR Latex Modified CSA Cement Mortar

【摘要】 本文研究了丁苯乳液对硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:添加5%丁苯乳液时,其改性砂浆含气量最大,孔隙率最高,同时硬化砂浆孔隙孔径变大,砂浆强度最低。随着丁苯乳液掺量增加,其含气量及孔隙率均有所降低,孔隙孔径变小,强度有所增加。当乳液掺量为20%时,其含气量及孔隙率均低于基准砂浆,同时孔隙孔径得到细化,微观结构更加致密,抗折强度最高。在硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆中添加丁苯乳液,其塑性收缩与干燥收缩均显著增加,且掺量越高,收缩越大。
【Abstract】 In the paper,the effect of styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) latex on the physical and mechanicalproperties of calcium sulfoaluminate(CSA) cement mortar was investigated.The results show that addition of 5%SBR latex in CSA cement mortar demonstrates the highest air content and porosity,meanwhile and pore size are also biggest among all the samples,thus the strength is significantly reduced.The above properties are well improved with SBR dosage increasing.When the dosage of SBR latex reaches 20%,the polymer modified CSA cement mortar displays the best performance.However,the plastic shrinkage as well as dry shrinkage of CSA cement mortar are increased significantly when in addition of SBR latex,and the higher the dosage of SBR latex,the greater the shrinkage of polymer modified CSA cement mortar.
