纤维素与纤维素醚的傅里叶变换红外光谱比较

【摘要】 纤维素醚是水泥基材料中优良的增稠剂和保水剂,但纤维素醚的种类较多,对水泥基材料性能的影响较大,应用过程中难以鉴别。为方便纤维素醚产品的检测,并为分析其他有机物提供依据。本文比较了纤维素分子和四种非离子纤维素醚分子的傅里叶变换红外光谱,分析了这些分子中羟基、醇C—O键、醚基团、甲基、亚甲基和次甲基等官能团的红外光谱特征峰,结果表明,羟基、醇C—O键和醚基团的伸缩振动峰以及甲基的伸缩振动峰、变形振动峰和摇摆峰都很明显,不易受其他基团特征峰的影响,亚甲基、次甲基的所有特征峰和羟基的变形振动峰由于比较弱,容易受到其他基团特征峰影响。可以通过红外光谱,对纤维素醚的种类进行定性判断。

【Abstract】 Cellulose ethers(CEs) are excellent thickeners and water retention agents of cement-based materials.However,there are many types of CEs,which have obvious effect on properties of cement-based materials and it is difficult to distinguish.For identifying cellulose ethers products and contribute to analysing other organics,the FT-IR spectra of cellulose molecular and four non-ionic cellulose ethers molecular are compared in this article.The FT-IR spectra characteristic bands of hydroxyl groups,alcohol C—O bonds,ether groups,methyl groups,methylene groups and methane groups are analysed.The results show that the stretching vibration peaks of hydroxyl groups,alcohol C—O bonds and ether groups are clear,as well the stretching vibration peaks,deformation vibration peaks and swing peaks of methyl groups,which are not affected by other characteristic peaks.The all characteristic peaks of methylene groups and methane groups and deformation vibration peaks of hydroxyl groups are usually weak and are easily affected by other characteristic peaks.Therefore,the types of CEs can be conformed qualitative by FT-IR.
