纳米晶增强TiO2@WO3复合薄膜电致变色性能及其电化学机理研究

【摘要】 以68 nm锐钛矿TiO2纳米晶和偏钨酸铵为前驱体,采用溶液法在ITO玻璃基板上制备了TiO2@WO3复合薄膜。研究结果表明,TiO2纳米晶均匀镶嵌在非晶态WO3基体中,相比于纯WO3薄膜,TiO2@WO3纳米晶复合薄膜的电致变色性能得到显著增强:在633 nm处透过率调制幅度达到62.8%,相比于纯WO3薄膜提高了115%:着色和褪色速度最优为7.1 s和3.3 s,特别是褪色速度相比于WO3薄膜有一个数量级的提升。同时复合薄膜表现出更高的电化学可逆性。电化学分析表明:复合薄膜电致变色性能的提升与复合薄膜电化学活性的提高有关:复合薄膜具有更大的氧化还原电流,表明纳米晶复合促进了离子的嵌入和脱出:复合薄膜参与电致变色的法拉第电流显著提高:复合薄膜具有更小的电子转移电阻和离子扩散电阻,表明复合薄膜具有更高的反应动力学性能。以上结果表明TiO2@WO3复合电致变色薄膜具有重要的理论研究价值和实际应用前景。
【Abstract】 TiO2@WO3 composite films were prepared on ITO glass substrates by solution method with anatase TiO2 nanocrystals(diameter 6-8 nm) and ammonium metatungstate as precursors.The results show that the electrochromic properties of TiO2@WO3 nanocrystal composite films are strongly enhanced by the addition of TiO2 nanocrystals compared with pure WO3 films.The transmittance modulation of TiO2@WO3 nanocrystal composite film at 633 nm was increased by 115%compared to pure WO3 film.The optimal response times of coloration and bleaching process are 7.1 s and 3.3 s,respectively.Particularly,the bleaching response time was one magnitude less than that of pure WO3 film.The composite films exhibit higher electrochemical reversibility.The electrochemical analysis showed that the electrochromic properties of the composite films were related to the improvement of the electrochemical activity.The composite films exhibited a large redox current,indicating that the embedded nanocrystal promoted the implantation and dissociation of ions.The faradic current of composite films that involved in electrochromic reaction was remarkably improved.The charge transfer resistance and ion diffusion resistance of the composite films are smaller than that of pure WO3 films,which indicates that the composite films have higher reaction kinetics.The above results show that TiO2@WO3 composite electrochromic film has important theoretical research value and practical application prospect.
