化学增强载银抗菌玻璃表面应力与离子交换行为的研究

【摘要】 采用两步离子交换法制备化学增强载银抗菌玻璃。用钢化玻璃表面应力仪测试玻璃表面应力与深度以及应力条纹情况。用电子探针能谱仪测试玻璃表面银、钾、钠含量,线扫描分析银、钾、钠含量分布。结果表明:玻璃表面应力以及应力层深度与银离子交换量有关。Ag2O含量随处理温度升高而增加,K2O含量随温度升高而降低。温度为400425℃,第二步离子交换反应程度只与时间相关,不受温度的影响。

【Abstract】 Chemically Strengthened antimicrobial glass was prepared by two-step ion exchange method.The value and depth of glass surface compressive stress and stress fringes were studied by strengthened glass surface stress analyzer.The content of silver,potassium and sodium in glass surface was measured by electron probe micro analysis/energy dispersive spectroscopy(EPMA/EDS),and the distribution curve of silver,potassium and sodium was analyzed by linear scanning of EPMA.The results showed that the stress value of the glass surface and the depth of the stress layer are related to the amount of silver ion exchange.The content of Ag2 O increases with the increase of the treatment temperature,and the content of K2 O decreases with the increase of temperature.The second step of ion exchange process is only related to time without being influenced by temperature at 400-425 ℃.
