延迟块读出方法的大面积多丝正比室探测器的研制

【摘要】 本文叙述一种基于延迟块读出的两维多丝室位置分辨装置,它由多丝正比室、延迟模块、前置放大器、主放大器、阴/阳极放大板、USB等组成,多丝正比室为流气式,其有效面积为200 mm×200 mm;延迟块读出法是一种位置-时间转换法,利用电荷在延迟模块上的传播速度是一定的,感应平面上的电荷传输到延迟块上,再向两边传播,通过测量两端的时间差从而转过来确定雪崩发生的位置。在实验过程中成功搭建了多丝室探测器的性能测试系统平台,对其性能进行了初步的测试,并利用2 ns和5 ns的延迟模块来开展基于延迟线时间差的延迟块读出方法的研究。再结合电子学系统进行联调,对中子源通过准直狭缝打击到探测器上来进行位置分辨测量,最后运用root软件来分析位置情况。结果表明,位置分辨好于4 mm,在二维图当中能明显看到准直狭缝的成像。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a delay of two multi-wire proportional chamber imaging device based on delay block readout,It consists of multi-wire proportional chamber,delay module,preamplifier,main amplifier,cathode,anode plan,USB,etc.,for the flow multi-wire proportional chamber,the effective area is 200 mmx200 mm;The delay block readout method is a position-time conversion method.The propagation speed of the charge is constant on the delay module.The induced charge of induction wire on the plane is transmitted to the delay block and propagated to both sides.By measuring the time difference between the two ends,it determines the location of the avalanche.In the course of the experiment,the performance test system platform of the multi-wire proportional chamber detector was successfully built,and the delay module of 2 ns and 5 ns to carry out research on block delay delay line readout method based on time difference.Combined with the electronic system,the position of the neutron source was measured through the collimator slit to the detector.Finally,the position was analyzed by root software.The test results show that the position resolution is better than 4 mm,.and it can be seen clearly in the two-dimensional image.
