安全壳隔离阀抗震及端部加载试验研究

【摘要】 为验证某型号安全壳隔离阀在要求地震荷载及端部加载作用下的结构以及功能完整性,在6 m×6 m地震试验台上,对该阀门进行了抗震及端部加载试验研究。其中抗震试验中采用多频波法同时在阀门的3个正交轴向(X、Y、Z方向)进行地震激励,测量了运行基准地震(OBE)和安全停堆地震(SSE)下,阀门的加速度响应值和应变值;验证了阀门在地震荷载作用下和作用后的可操作性。端部加载试验中,在阀门保压的条件下施加端部荷载,验证了阀门受到所有管端载荷及压力和自重在内的正常工作载荷作用时阀门的可操作性。试验结果表明,安全壳隔离阀在OBE、SSE和端部加载试验中以及试验后均结构完整,功能完好。

【Abstract】 In order to examine the operability and the structural integrity of the isolating valve of containment under the seismic and remote load condition,the seismic and remote loading test for the isolating valve was conducted on the 6 m × 6 m seismic table.The multiple-frequency seismic qualification test shall be completed on the axis of X,Y,Z during the seismic test.The acceleration and strain response values of the isolating valve under OBE and SSE level were measured.The maneuverability of the isolating valve on seismic text and after seismic test was verified.Then,the remote load was exerted on the isolating valve,while the valve maintains its inner pressure.The maneuverability of the isolating valve under remote load and self-weight and working load was verified.The seismic and remote load test shows that the isolating valve of containment kept its structural integrity and operability under the seismic and remote load condition.
