敏化LiF(Mg,Ti)热释光剂量片高剂量响应特性研究

【摘要】 敏化LiF(Mg,Ti)热释光剂量片(LiF(Mg,Ti)-M TLD)是用于强脉冲辐射场剂量测量的主要探测器,其测量的总剂量范围很高。本文对国产敏化LiF(Mg,Ti)热释光剂量片开展了高剂量响应特性试验,重点研究了高剂量辐照条件下剂量片的一致性、线性和重复性,分析了剂量片γ射线响应灵敏度的变化规律。研究结果表明,敏化LiF(Mg,Ti)热释光剂量片样品在不同剂量点下读数的变异系数均在10%以内;剂量片在0~180 Gy(Si)范围内线性良好,线性上限在180 Gy(Si)以上;辐照的总累积剂量达500~600 Gy(Si)时,剂量片的灵敏度开始呈下降趋势,总累积剂量达700~800 Gy(Si)时,灵敏度比首次辐照降低约20%。

【Abstract】 LiF(Mg,Ti)-M TLD is the main detector used to intense pulsed radiation dose measuring,and its dose range is very high.In this paper,the response characteristics to high dose of domestic LiF(Mg,Ti)-M TLDs were tested and their uniformity,repeatability and linearity were studied.Moreover,the variation of gamma sensitivity of LiF(Mg,Ti)-M TLDs were also anlazed.The results indicates that the variable coefficients of the readout values of LiF(Mg,Ti)-M TLDs under different absorbed dose is within 10%.It has a good linearity between 0 and 180 Gy(Si) and its linearity upper limit is beyond 180 Gy(Si).When the total absorbed dose reaches to 500~600 Gy(Si),the sensitivity of this kind of TLD begins to decrease.When the total absorbed dose reaches to700~800 Gy(Si),the sensitivity decrease 20%compared to that under the first-time irradiation.
