磁性结晶硅钛酸盐吸附剂的合成与表征

【摘要】 137Cs是核反应堆和核试验中的重要裂变产物,也是放射性废物处置中重点关注的核素。结晶硅钛酸盐作为铯吸附剂具有结构稳定、选择性高、结合牢固的优点而得到应用。磁分离技术具有分离速度快、效率高的优点,在工业废水处理领域已经得到应用。本文将传统铌取代结晶硅钛酸钠(Nb-CST)与磁分离技术结合,采用水热法成功合成了磁性Nb-CST吸附剂,并采用了XRD、SEM、EDS、磁滞回线仪对该吸附剂进行性能表征,结果表明吸附剂能够在保持原有晶型的同时获得较好的形貌和磁性,该吸附剂可通过外加磁场直接从溶液中分离。
【Abstract】 137Cs is an important fission product which is produced in nuclear reactors and nuclear experiments.It is one of the most important radionuclides in the process of radioactive waste disposal.With the advantages of structural stability,high selectivity and strong combining ability,crystalline silicotitanate has been studied for Cs adsorption for a long time.Magnetic separation technology is widely used in the field of industrial wastewater treatment with the advantages of fast separation speed and high efficiency.In this work niobium substitution crystalline silicotitanate(NbCST) was combined with magnetic separation technology,to synthesis a kind of magnetic Nb-CST adsorbent,which can be separated from water directly by external magnetic field.This adsorbent was characterized by XRD,SEM,EDS and hysteresiscope.The results indicate that the adsorbent shows nice crystal structure,morphology and magnetic property.
