华龙一号(ACP1000)核电厂电气贯穿件研制
R&D of EPA applicated in HUALONG(ACP1000) NPP

【摘要】 电气贯穿件是安装在核电厂安全壳上,用于电缆/光缆贯穿反应堆安全壳的专用电气设备,对核电厂的安全运行至关重要。研制工作从技术方案、关键技术识别及关键技术攻关、鉴定试验等方面展开,实现了设计和制造定型,样机通过全部鉴定试验的考验,试验结果满足要求,成为国内外唯一通过华龙一号电气贯穿件鉴定的单位;研究成果已应用到了华龙一号核电机组电气贯穿件供货项目,填补了国内自主三代核电厂电气贯穿件研究领域的空白。研制的光纤导体组件、压力监测组件、三同轴导体组件和SA导体组件等为国内首创,具有自主知识产权,对电气贯穿件产品出口国际市场意义重大。同时,研究对核电厂类似电气设备的设计及鉴定技术有较强的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 Electrical penetration assemblies(EPAs) installed in containments of nuclear power plants are the specialized electrical equipments for the penetration of cables or optical fiber cables through the containments,which are important for the secure operation of NPP.The R&D of the technical schemes,the identification of the critical technology elements,the tackling of the key technology problems as well as the qualification tests and so on were deeply studied to finalize the design and manufacture.The prototype passed all the qualification tests and the results of tests met requirements,which made the unit to be the only one obtaining the identification of EPAs in HUALONG NPP both in China and abroad.The research results were applied to the supply projects of EPAs in HUALONG NPP,and also filled gaps in the field of the domestic independent researching and development of the third-generation EPAs for nuclear power plants.It initiated many apparatuses in China such as optical fiber feedthrough,pressure monitoring assembly,triaxial feedthrough and SA feedthrough all with independent intellectual property rights,which was of great importance to export the products of EPAs to the international market.Besides,the paper provided a strong reference for the design and identify of similar electrical equipments.
