某强还原地层铀矿床分段氧化浸出技术

【摘要】 内蒙古某铀矿床碳酸盐含量高、地层还原性强,并首次在直罗组(J2z)铀矿地层中发现了天然气包裹体的存在。根据室内试验的结果,采用酸法浸出,酸耗高、堵塞严重;采用碱法浸出,周期长、浸出率低、氧化剂耗量大。本文首先从理论上分析了中性浸出需要具备的氧化环境、络合环境、pH条件等,通过现场条件试验和扩大试验,应用了分段氧化技术和提高铀络合强度的几种组合手段,取得了内蒙古某铀矿床地浸采铀试验的成功。

【Abstract】 A uranium deposit in Inner Mongolia,the carbonate content is high,and the formation is strong,the existence of natural gas inclusions in the formation of the J2 z formation has been found for the first time.According to the results of laboratory tests,the acid leaching method was adopted,the acid consumption was high,and the blockage was serious.The alkali leaching method was used for a long period of time,low leaching rate,large oxidant consumption.This paper firstly analyzes the neutral leaching required oxidation environment,complex environment,pH conditions,through on-site conditions and enlarged experiments,segmented oxidation technology and improve several combination methods of uranium complex strength application,has made Inner Mongolia a uranium deposits test success.
