升潜条件对圆管通道内两相压降特性的影响研究

【摘要】 针对圆管通道开展了升潜条件下气液两相压降特性实验,获得了升潜条件对瞬时及时均两相压降的影响规律,在此基础上构建了升潜条件下两相瞬时压降计算模型,与实验结果对比符合很好。根据实验数据和模型计算结果分析了升潜条件对各压降分量的影响规律,发现升潜条件下通道内瞬时总压降呈现周期性波动,但其时均值和静止时相比偏差不大。进一步分析发现升潜条件下摩擦压降和重位压降基本不变,升潜运动引入的附加压降波动是总压降出现周期性波动的原因。
【Abstract】 An experimental study on pressure drop in circular tube was carried out under heaving condition.The influence of heaving condition on transient and time averaged data are obtained.The pressure drop calculating model under heaving condition was established and agreed well with the experimental data.The influence of heaving motion on the transient total pressure drop and its composition were researched by analyzing the experimental and calculation results.It found that the transient total pressure drop occurs cyclical fluctuations,while the deviation of average total pressure drop is very small compared with static condition.Further more,it is found that the friction pressure drop and gravity pressure drop are basically unchanged;the fluctuation of the additional pressure drop introduced by heaving motion is the reason of total pressure drop fluctuation.
