【摘要】 目的:了解湖北省贫困农村地区中小学生超重肥胖状况及饮食行为,以期加强重视,早期预防。方法:采用分层整群随机抽样方法,从鄂东北、鄂中、鄂西北、鄂西南贫困农村地区抽取8个县(市),共32所中小学,5942名中小学生作为研究对象进行身高、体重测量;同时从研究对象中抽取所有小学四、五年级和初中一、二年级学生共计2569人进行问卷调查。结果:中小学生超重和肥胖的检出率分别为5.32%和2.54%,超重及肥胖男生比例高于女生、小学生比例高于中学生。超重在不同性别间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=16.475,P<0.01),肥胖在不同年龄间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.386,P<0.05)。大多数的中小学生有吃零食的习惯,油炸食品、西式快餐、碳酸饮料的食用频率较高。结论:我省贫困农村地区中小学生超重和肥胖检出率呈上升趋势,大多数中小学生存在不良的饮食习惯,需加强重视,积极采取防治措施控制学生肥胖。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the status of overweight and obesity and eating behaviors among primary and secondary school students in poor rural areas of Hubei province,so as to raise awareness and take preventive measures against obesity.Methods;A total of 5942 students were selected for height and weight testing from 32 primary and secondary schools in poor rural areas by stratified cluster sampling method.And 2569 students were selected for questionnaire from grade four and five students and junior high school freshmen and sophomores of 5942 students.Results:For primary and secondary students,the detecting rate of overweight and obesity was 5.32%and 2.54%,respectively.As the factors related to overweight and obesity concerned:male is more than female;the ratio of students in primary school is higher than that in secondary school.The differences of gender showed statistical significances in overweight aspect(x~2= 16.475,P<0.01).In obesity aspect,the differences also showed statistical significances of age(χ~2 = 5.386,P<0.05).Most of the primaiy and secondary students liked snacks.Fried food,western-style fast food and carbonated beverage were prevalent among the investigated students.Conclusion:The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity of primaiy and secondary students in poor rural areas of Hubei province are increasing over time,therefore,it is necessary to take comprehensive measures to prevent and control the obesity of students.更多还原
