基于分簇和相关均衡的异构小蜂窝网络频谱分配算法

【摘要】 本文研究小蜂窝和宏蜂窝组成的异构网络的频谱分配问题,提出一种基于分簇和非合作博弈的解决方案。首先,针对小蜂窝部署密集、灵活、管理和规划难度大等问题,提出一种基于K-MEANS的分层聚类算法,对小蜂窝进行分簇,确定每个簇的簇头;然后在每个簇的内部,采用部分频谱复用方式,把频谱分成中心频谱和边缘频谱,通过频谱分配策略的协调,减少每个簇内部成员之间的干扰;最后,在每个簇之间,构建非合作博弈模型,通过后悔匹配机制求解博弈的相关均衡,提出一种基于相关均衡的簇间频谱分配策略优化算法,通过分析论证了相关均衡的快速收敛特性,仿真实验论证了所提方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we study the spectrum allocation problem of heterogeneous networks consisting of small cells and macro cells, and propose a solution based on clustering and non cooperative games. First of all, aiming at the difficulty of small cell deployment such as density, flexibility, management and planning, a hierarchical clustering algorithm based on K-MEANS is proposed to cluster small cells, and the cluster heads of each cluster are determined. Then, within each cluster, the method of FFR is used to divide the spectrum into the central spectrum and the edge spectrum and reduce interference between members of each cluster through the coordination within each cluster. Finally, a non cooperative game model is constructed among each cluster whose correlated equilibrium is solved by the regret matching mechanism, and a spectrum allocation optimization strategy based on correlation equilibrium is proposed.
