【摘要】 目的:小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘已成为危害儿童的"隐形杀手"。因此,探索儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病机制以及防控方法,已成为我国健康事业和中医药学发展的重大需求。方法:通过计算机检索和手工检索国内外有关"小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘"的文献,将纳入的古今文献进行统计与评价。结果:小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的发病与"风、燥、痰、瘀"四邪相关,并引申至"燥咳为标,阴虚为本"的中医病机。结论:小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的治疗重点涉及肺、肾二脏,故在治疗后期,对肾脏的固护又极为重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Children CVA has become a hazard to people’s health "invisible killer." Therefore, to explore the pathogenesis and prevention and control in Children CVA, has become a major cause of the health needs of our country and the development of TCM. Methods To tally articles on Chinese medicine for Children CVA were retrieved and estimated, aiming at pattern distribution evaluation. Results The incidence of CVA in children is related to "wind, dryness, phlegm and blood stasis" and extended to the pathogenesis of "dry cough as the standard and yin deficiency as the basis". Conclusion Children CVA treatment focuses on lung and kidney two dirty, so in the latter part of treatment, the protection of the kidney is extremely important.更多还原
