【摘要】 随着实践的深入和社会的发展,人们对于填海造地的认识在不断转变,填海造地区域的发展也在不断地推进。填海造地区域的发展走过很多弯路,曾造成环境、经济、社会等方面的诸多不良影响。而对于填海造地区域发展阶段的研究能够帮助我们更加清晰地认识区域发展进程中遇到的矛盾与问题,并从历史的经验中找到解决问题的方法和手段。基于此,本文通过对国外典型填海造地区域的发展历程和特征研究,归纳总结填海造地区域的四个发展阶段,并以天津滨海新区为例,探寻我国填海造地区域所处的发展阶段及面临的问题和挑战,最后针对这些问题提出了空间规划视角下的策略建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of practice and the development of society,people’s understanding of reclamation is constantly changing,and the development of land reclamation area is constantly advancing.The development of reclamation area has gone through many twists and turns,and has caused many adverse effects in the environment,economy and society.The research on the development stage of the reclamation area can help us to know more clearly about the contradictions and problems encountered in the process of regional development,and find ways and means to solve the problems from the historical experience.Based on this,through the study of the development process and characteristics of the typical overseas reclamation area,this paper sums up the 4 development stages of the reclamation area,and takes the Tianjin Binhai New Area as an example to explore the development stage and the problems and challenges in China’s reclamation area.Finally,it put forward strategic suggestions from spatial planning perspective in view of these problems.更多还原
