吸声材料降低轮胎噪声的实验研究

【摘要】 多孔吸声材料具有良好的吸声降噪功能,在工程领域应用广泛,包括车辆和轮胎的降噪问题。通过将吸声材料置于车辆或轮胎内部可起到降低噪声的效果。但目前对轮胎内部添加吸声材料的降噪研究尚不充分,罕有文献针对吸声材料的空气传递声和结构传递声的降噪效果同时进行研究。针对这一问题,使用超过5种不同类型、属性和规格的常见吸声材料,对吸声材料降低轮胎外部和驾驶室内噪声的效果进行了研究。在半消声室内同时进行了轮胎和整车的近、远场噪声和驾驶室内噪声实验,并着重对轮胎空腔共振频段的噪声进行了分析。实验结果表明,吸声材料的厚度与其降噪效果并非呈完全正相关关系,而在不同的速度下,吸声材料的降噪效果也会出现很大变化。文中所得数据和结论可有效指导工程实践。

【Abstract】 Sound absorbing materials are widely used in engineering fields,including noise reduction of vehicles and tires,which can be achieved by placing the sound absorbing materials into the vehicle or tire. However,research on this noise reduction method with sound absorbing materials inside the tire cavity is not sufficient,especially for the noise reduction effect of tire airborne noise and structure-borne noise at the same time. For this problem,more than five kinds of materials with different types,properties and specifications have been used to make research on the reduction effect of tire noise and inter ior noise. The near-field and far-field noise of the tire,vehicle,and the interior noise in the cab have been measured simultaneous ly in a semi-anechoic chamber,moreover,the tire acoustic cavity noise was analyzed emphatically. Experimental results show that,there is no simple positive correlation between the thickness of sound absorbing materials and the effect of noise reduction,which varies greatly at different speeds. Besides,the far-field tire noise can be reduced by more than 1 d B with sound absorbing materials inside the tire cavity. Experimental data and conclusions obtained in this paper can be a guide for engineering practice.
