爆炸荷载作用下钢结构框架梁柱部位损伤机理分析

【摘要】 本文采用LS-DYNA数值模拟方法[1},研究了钢结构框架梁柱部位在爆炸冲击载荷下的毁伤机理。用Hypermesh专业前处理软件[2]建立了一个8层钢结构框架模型,采用流固耦合方法模拟真实TNT炸药在空气中爆炸,分别分析了爆炸冲击波对柱底、柱中、梁柱节点以及梁中、梁端的损伤。分析得出梁柱节点处由于梁对柱的连接支撑作用对节点处柱的损害起到一定的保护作用。框架梁梁端容易发生剪切破坏,而梁中破坏相对迟缓,验证了梁坏坏两边的理论。
【Abstract】 With LS-DYNA simulation method,this paper studies beams and pillars of the steel structure framework and the damage mechanism under the explosion impact load.A 8 floors of the steel structure framework model is established with Hypermesh,Fluid-structure interaction method is adopted to simulate the real TNT explosion in the air.Respectively,it analyzes the damage in the shock wave on the bottom of the column,in the middle of column,in beam-column joints and in the middle of beam,on the side of beam.Through the analysis that on the joints of beam-column the supporting function the beam brings to the column reduces the damage of the joints.The side of the beam is easy to damage in shear,and damage in beam is relatively slow,verify the theory that if the beam damage,generally happen at two sides of the beam.
