基于不平衡响应的全瓦圆轴承动特性参数识别

【摘要】 滑动轴承动特性系数的识别一直是滑动轴承和转子动力学研究的重要内容。不平衡力作为普遍存在的激励源,在滑动轴承参数识别实验中越来越被重视,开发出了众多基于不平衡响应的参数识别方法。然而对于全瓦圆轴承,基于不平衡响应的分析方法所提出的识别矩阵往往具有较大的条件数,属于病态问题,给求解带来了较大的误差。在对扰动压力雷诺方程进行化简的前提下,得到全瓦圆轴承的动特性系数之间的关系式,补充了参数识别方程,使之完全封闭,解决了参数识别矩阵的病态性问题,并基于数值分析的方法验证了方法的有效性。

【Abstract】 The identification of dynamic coefficients of journal bearings has been an important part of the study of journal bearings and rotor dynamics.Unbalanced force,as a universal excitation source,has been paid more and more attention in the experiment of journal bearing parameters identification.Therefore,many parameter identification methods based on unbalanced response have been developed.Nevertheless,for cylindrical bearings,the identification matrix based on the unbalanced response analysis method usually has a large condition number.It is an ill conditioned problem,which brings great error to the solutions.The Reynolds equation of perturbation pressure would be simplified to obtain the relation equation between dynamic characteristic coefficients of cylindrical bearings.The parameter identification equation is supplemented and becomes completely closed.Hence,the ill conditioned problem of the parameter identification matrix is solved,and the effectiveness of this method is verified by numerical experiments.
