催化裂化装置沉降器结焦的数值模拟与分析

【摘要】 文章根据实际装置中结焦的分布状况,通过数值仿真,着重研究催化剂颗粒与油气两相流的速度、温度、涡强度、油气浓度等场量对结焦过程的影响,建立结焦生成速率与分布的量化模型。研究过程中应用计算流体力学软件Fluent,按中石化一套催化裂化装置中沉降器的实际尺寸建模,采用多面体网格,基于Euler多相流模型,对沉降器内部的三维流场进行了数值模拟和分析。由此得到沉降器内温度、速度、涡强度、油气浓度分布,并分析速度、温度、涡强度、浓度与实际结焦状况的关联。研究结果表明:油气速度、温度、浓度及涡强度与结焦条件有着密切的关系,并由此建立了沉降器各部位结焦比例的量化模型。

【Abstract】 According to the actual distribution of coking,through numerical simulation,the thesis mainly focused on the effect of catalyst particles and oil two-phase flow velocity,temperature,intensity of vortex,oil concentration field of the coking process,a quantitative model of coking rate and distribution generation.The computational fluid dynamics software Fluent is used in the research process,according to the actual size of the disengagement is a set of modeling of Sinopec in catalytic cracking unit,the polyhedral mesh,based on the Euler multiphase flow model,simulated and analyzed the three-dimensional flow field in the internal disengagement.The temperature,velocity,vorticity intensity and oil concentration distribution in the disengager are obtained,and the correlation between temperature,vortex intensity,oil concentration and actual coking condition is analyzed.The results show that wall temperature,velocity,concentration and vortex intensity are closely related to coking conditions,and a quantitative model of disengager coking ratio is established.
