缺口试件拉伸性能的本构关系修正公式

【摘要】 缺口试件的拉伸试验和数值模拟是研究金属材料损伤断裂的常用方法。本文的研究表明,基于标准试件拉伸试验得到的本构关系用来模拟双边缺口试件的拉伸试验,模拟得到的载荷-标距段位移曲线明显高于试验曲线。因此,通过对试件几何特性和应力状态的分析给出了双边缺口试件拉伸模拟的本构关系修正公式,模拟结果与试验数据的对比表明本文提出的修正公式能够更加准确地模拟双边缺口试件的拉伸行为。
【Abstract】 The tensile test and numerical simulation of the notched specimen is a common method to study the damage and fracture of metallic material. This study shows that the simulated load-displacement curve based on the constitutive relation of standard specimen tensile test was significantly higher than the experiment. Therefore,based on the analysis of geometric characteristics and the stress state of bilateral notched tensile specimen, the modified formula is given to modify the constitutive relation of the bilateral notched specimen. Comparing the the simulation results and experimental data, it indicates that the modified formula can more accurately simulate the bilateral notched tensile specimen.
