再生粗骨料对混凝土抗折强度影响的试验和数值分析

【摘要】 为了研究再生粗骨料对再生混凝土抗折强度的影响及变化规律,本文针对6种不同替代率、3个龄期的棱柱体共54个试件进行抗折强度试验;对试验数据运用最小二乘法原理分别进行多项式函数拟合以及高斯函数拟合。结果表明:7d龄期再生混凝土抗折强度随再生粗骨料替代率的增加而增大;随龄期的增大,再生混凝土抗折强度随再生粗骨料替代率的增加呈先增后减的趋势,替代率为40%时抗折强度最大,28d龄期情况可高出天然混凝土12.28%;基于最小二乘法的高斯函数拟合曲线与试验曲线基本一致,给出再生混凝土抗折强度与再生粗骨料替代率的关系式。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of recycled coarse aggregates on flexural strength of recycled concrete, the bending strength tests were experimented on 6 different substitution rates and 3 ages of prisms with totally 54 specimens in this paper. The experimental data was fitted by the least square principle and Gauss function. Theresults show that the flexural strength of recycled concrete appears increase with the increase of recycled aggreguates for recycled concrete with the age of 7 d, and it will increase at the first,then it will decrese with the increase of recycled coarse aggregates for the increase of the age.The maximal flexural strength is at the substitution rate of 40%, which is 12.28% higher than that of natural concrete for recycled concrete with the age of 28 d. The fitting curve of Gauss function based on the least square method is identical to the experimental curve.
