机织复合材料开槽装配曲面T型接头渐进损伤失效行为研究

【摘要】 针对复合材料开槽装配曲面T型接头工程应用中的强度评判问题,基于三维Tsai-Wu失效准则及逐渐退化模型,采用渐进损伤方法模拟其承受弯曲载荷下的损伤萌生、扩展及失效行为,预测其弯曲强度。结果表明:插槽区和填充区为结构最为薄弱承载部位,加载过程中,损伤单元沿着弧形槽的弧线长度方向向外扩展,同时沿着腹板向上扩展,最终形成贯穿性损伤。此外,在达到最终失效载荷之前,材料大面积损伤并未导致结构整体刚度的变化,并且在达到最大承载载荷之后继续加载,结构出现短暂的"松弛"现象。

【Abstract】 To evaluate the strength of the composite T-joint with curved surface in working load condition,this paper simulated progressive failure process of composite slotted assembly T-joints subjected to bending load in terms of three-dimensional Tsai-Wu failure criterion and progressive degradation model,the results demonstrated the initiation and propagation paths of delamination cracks and finally failure between the fillet and the ribs,and predict its bending strength. The results show that the damage unit first appeared in the slotted and filling area of the T-joints during loading,then the damage unit increases,expands outward along the arc length of the slot and extends along the hypoplax, eventually forming penetrability damage and lead to structure failure. To evaluate the structure strength and week points of the composite T-joint with curved surface in working load condition, at the same time,to provide data support for hosting performance and engineering method guidance for optimization design of structural strength.
