双阳梅花鹿幼鹿对不同粗饲料类型日粮消化利用研究

【摘要】 选择经过人工哺乳驯化后的9 11月龄的健康双阳梅花鹿雄性幼鹿4只,采用4×4拉丁方试验设计,饲喂配合精饲料+青贮玉米(日粮Ⅰ)、配合精饲料+青干草(日粮Ⅱ)、配合精饲料+玉米秸粉(日粮Ⅲ)和配合精饲料+黄柞叶(日粮Ⅳ)4种日粮进行饲养代谢试验。采用全收样法收集每个试验期5d的试样,按照GB 6435860要求的方法对饲料样、粪样和尿样中的干物质、粗灰分和有机物质、氮含量进行测定;使用瑞士Tecatdr纤维测定仪对饲料样和粪样中性洗涤纤维测定含量;应用Excel2000软件和SPSS13.0统计软件,采用LSR检验法对试验数据进行显著性检验。通过梅花鹿对不同种类粗饲料中营养物质的消化利用的显著性比较,在饲喂精料补充料相同的条件下,育成公梅花鹿对精粗比均为0.57:0.43的Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ三种日粮消化率较高。对精粗比为0.69:0.31的Ⅲ号日粮消化率较低。

【Abstract】 Select Shuangyang sika deer,domesticated through artificial feeding 9 to 11 months after the health of male deer 4,using 4×4 Latin square design and fed with concentrate feed + silage maize(diet Ⅰ),with the concentrate feed + hay(Diet Ⅱ),with concentrated feed + corn stalk powder(Diet Ⅲ) and with concentrate feed + yellow oak leaves(diet Ⅳ) 4 diets for feeding metabolic test.All revenue collected by each test sample by the sample of 5d,in accordance with the requirements of the method of GB 6435—860 samples of feed,feces and urine in the dry matter,crude ash and organic matter,nitrogen content was measured:use Swiss Tecator Dietary fiber analyzer samples and determination of fecal neutral detergent fiber content of samples:application software and SPSS13.0 Excel2000 statistical software,LSR test method using test data for significance test.Different types of crude through the deer feed on the nutrients in the digestive utilization of significant compared to fed concentrate supplement in the feed under the same conditions,breeding male deer forage to concentrate ratio were 0.57:0.43 for the I,Ⅱ,Ⅳ three days high grain digestibility.Forage ratio was 0.69:0.31 for the Ⅲ,Diets low.
