温度变化对沼气发酵产气率的影响研究

【摘要】 采用实验室自行设计的水压式厌氧发酵装置,以牛粪作为发酵原料,研究了温度变化对沼气发酵产气速率的影响。结果表明,在厌氧发酵中,随着温度的升高,沼气产气量逐渐增加;在发酵数天后突然降低或升高发酵温度,对沼气发酵有一定影响,对于发酵5 d后15℃升高温度到25℃的实验组来说,其产气速率明显高于25℃实验组和发酵5 d后35℃降温到25℃实验组的产气速率,所以突然升温对沼气发酵的影响远远大于突然降温的影响,对沼气发酵微生物的活性具有明显的促进作用。
【Abstract】 Using the self-designed hydraulic anaerobic fermentation device,with cow dung as fermentation material,of temperature changes on the biogas fermentation gas production rate.The results show that,in the anaerobic fermentation,with increasing temperature,the yield of the methane fermentation increased gradually;in a few days later suddenly lowering or raising the temperature of fermentation,the fermentation has certain influence to ferment 5 days later,15% temperature to 25%,the rate of gas production was significantly higher than that in 25% group and 35%cooling after the experimental groups gas production rate,so sudden wanning on biogas fermentation influence is far greater than the effects of cooling on biogas fermentation,microbial activity has obvious role in promoting.
