【摘要】 目的:探讨阿立哌唑对酒依赖患者饮酒渴求的影响;方法:选取1 45例酒依赖患者,按随机数字表分为阿立哌唑组(n=76)及对照组(n=69),研究组予阿立哌唑片(10~15mg/日),对照组不予任何治疗。随访半年,分别于治疗前、治疗后第1、2、3、4、5、6个月评定根据视觉类比量表(visual analogue scale,VAS),判断治疗前后患者饮酒渴求强度的变化情况;并比较两组患者的复饮率、累积戒酒时间及矫正累积戒酒时间、饮酒量的差别;结果:与对照组相比,阿立哌唑组患者的VAS评分显著降低(F=27.048,P=0.000)、累积戒酒时间及矫正累积戒酒时间均较长(F=4.452,P=0.049)、复饮率较低(H=1.027,P=0.31 1)、饮酒量下降(χ~2=6.422,P=0.040)结论:阿立哌唑有利于降低酒依赖患者的饮酒渴求、延长戒酒时间,降低复饮率及饮酒量,这为探索酒依赖患者的治疗提供了一个新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of aripiprazole on alcohol craving of patients with alcohol dependence;Methods:145 alcohol dependent patients were randomly divided into aripiprazole group(n=76)and control group(n=69),and aripiprazole group treated with aripiprazole tablets(10~15 mg/d),but control group treated nothing.then followed up for half year.The visual analogue scale(VAS) was assessed respectively before and after the treatment of 1,2,3,4,5,6 months,to evaluate the changes intensity of patients with alcohol craving before and after treatment;Meanwhile,the differences of cumulative abstinence duration(CAD),corrected cumulative abstinence duration(CCAD),relapse rate,and alcohol consumption were investigated.Results:Compared with control group,there were significantly reduce at VAS(F=27.048,P=0.000),CAD,CCAD(F=4.452,P=0.049),relapse rate(H=1.027,P=0.311) and alcohol consumption x~2=6.422,P=0.040).Conclusion:Aripiprazole is beneficial to reduce the alcohol craving in alcohol dependent patients,the discovery provided a new choice of treatment to alcohol dependent patients.更多还原
