ZGDHu-1 promotes apoptosis of mantle cell lymphoma cells

【摘要】 <正>MCL remains incurable for most patients,which demand urgent need for novel treatments.Thus,we investigated the antilymphoma activity and mechanism of ZGDHu-1 on MCL cells.Apotosis were assessed by flow cytometry.Bcl-2 families were analyzed with qRT-PCR and Western blot.ZGDHu-1 decreased the proliferation,induced G2/M phase arrest and apoptosis in MCLcells.Downregulation of IkBa phosphorylation and NF-kB nuclear translocation
