Secondary pulmonary alveolar proteinosis with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia:a case report

【摘要】 <正>Pulmonary alveolar proteinosis(PAP)is a rarepulmonary disease.We report the first case of PAP that occured3 months before adiagnosis of chronic myelomonocytic leukemia(CMML).A 66-year-oldChinese man presented with recurrent cough and progressive dyspnea was admittedto our hospital.The chest computed tomography scan disclosed bilateralground-glass opacities with interlobular septal thickening in lower lobe.Transbronchial lung
